What is Zettlor?

Zettlor is a jobs marketplace comprising Employers and Connectors, facilitating seamless collaboration for job placement.

How does Zettlor work?

Employers post staffing contracts with clear and transparent terms for Connectors to view and engage with.

Where can I find contracts?

Visit zettlor.com/search to find contracts. Employers may also send job opportunities to you privately.

What is a placement contract?

A placement contract defines the terms an Employer offers to a Connector for successfully referring a hired employee.

How do I create an account?

  • Head to this page.

  • Fill out the form.

  • And you're in!

How do I activate a contract?

Select 'View placement contract' on the search page or individual job post pages. (A GIF will be provided to guide you through the process.)

How will I know if a candidate is qualified?

Candidates with a score equal to or greater than 60 are qualified. Zettlor will score the candidate's resume, and you will receive an email with the score and a 'Qualified' tag next to their name on your job applications page.

How do I submit a candidate to an employer?

  • Navigate to your Active Contracts Page.

  • Select the three dots next to the job you'd like to submit a candidate to.

  • Select 'Submit candidate.'

  • Begin typing the candidate's name, and it will appear.

What happens after I submit a candidate to an employer?

The candidate will be submitted for evaluation, and you can track the status in your job applications pages.

How do I know the status of my candidate(s)?

Check your job applications pages where all statuses are clearly marked next to the candidate.

How do I know if someone got hired?

A candidate's status will be marked 'Hired,' and your Wallet will reflect the payment schedule as per the contract.

My candidate is hired; how do I get paid?

Visit your Wallet to view the payment schedule and follow the withdrawal instructions.

Will I be paid the entire contract value?

Yes, 100% of the contract's value will be passed to Connectors.

Are there any fees charged to Connectors by Zettlor?

No, Connectors are not charged any fees by Zettlor. The full contract value is passed on to the Connectors.

How do I withdraw funds?

Link your bank account and request a withdrawal through the platform.

Can I get paid if I'm outside the United States?

Yes, our payments provider supports international payments in the following countries: supported countries.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information in the Wallet section of your account. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our support team, or Stripe's support team.

How many jobs can I work on at one time?

You can work on as many jobs as you'd like!

Do I have to pay taxes?

Yes, as an independent contractor, you're responsible for paying taxes on Zettlor income. A 1099 form will be issued at the year's end with an income summary.

Can I submit candidates if I'm outside the United States?

Yes, international submissions are accepted.

What if my candidate is rejected?

Rejections will be marked in your job applications page, and you can continue to submit other candidates.

Will rejections negatively impact on my profile?

No, but that said take a common sense approach to submitting candidates. Hiring managers don't want to have to review piles of unqualified applicants and remember your name is next to those candidates as well.

Can I communicate directly with Employers?

No, all communication with Employers must be conducted through Zettlor's platform to maintain transparency and adherence to our terms of service.

If I have questions about a role, who do I ask?

Is there a limit to the number of candidates I can submit for a job?

No, you can submit as many qualified candidates as you like.

Can I edit a candidate's information after submission?

No, once a candidate has been submitted, their information cannot be edited. Please ensure all details are accurate before submission.

How is my personal information handled on Zettlor?

Your personal information is handled with the utmost care and compliant with applicable data protection regulations. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.

What if a contract is canceled by an Employer?

If an Employer cancels a contract, you will be notified, and the contract will be marked as ‘Archived' on your Active Contracts Page. Any candidates submitted before cancellation will still be processed, and if they are hired for that position, you will receive your payout.

How do I deactivate my account?

If you need to deactivate your account, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we'll assist you with the process.

What happens if I violate the Connector guidelines?

Violating the Connector guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent deactivation of your account, depending on the severity of the violation. For more details, refer to our Terms of Service.

Is there a rating or review system for Employers?

Currently, Zettlor does not have a rating or review system for Employers. If you have specific feedback or concerns about an Employer, please contact our support team.

Can I provide feedback on the platform or a specific Employer?

We welcome feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts and experiences via chat or by emailing [email protected].

Is there an appeals process if I disagree with a candidate scoring decision or outcome?

If you disagree with a decision or outcome, you can appeal up to three times. You can reply directly in the email thread where the score was received or reference the email when contacting our support team at [email protected].

You can customize your notifications and alerts through your account settings page. Manage what you receive to ensure you stay informed without unnecessary interruptions.
